Retz'ception – Traditional sparkling wine

Sparkling wine vinified with the traditional method (as in Champagne),
it's a blend of chardonnay (65%) and pinot noir (35 %).
The bubbles are fine and regular, the nose is well balanced, the robe is lightly salmon pink,
the mouth is fresh and unctuous with a sweet and pleasant end.
