Cuvée ECCHO (Coche’s anagram) is a blend of Grolleau (70%) and gamay, typical varieties in Pays de Retz, vinified by a modern way.
You can find here a pleasure wine, fragrant (blackcurrant, cherry, liquorice…)
with a supplebody and a pleasant final.
To taste in the next two years on pork meat, lamb, or simply between friends.
