Lot of strength for this wine, which stays 18 months in oak.
It's starts to melt pleasantly, with fruity (quince, peach, lemon), a good length, a persistant end with vanilla's aromas.
Estate's star for aperitive, it can be served on fat liver, blue cheeses, and fruit pies.
